Ready to upgrade your knife skills? In the second part of our Knife Skills series, you’ll learn how to:
- work with large fruits like pineapples and melons
- supreme citrus
- work with challenging vegetables like leeks, butternut squash and avocado
- herb chiffonade
This hands-on training is designed to give you skills that will speed up prep time in the kitchen, wow guests at dinner parties and make you a better overall cook. All equipment, ingredients and knives will be provided for you. Wine, beer and nonalcoholic beverages will be available.
Like in our Essentials class, bring a food-safe container with a tight-fitting lid to take home anything you make!
