At Tablespoon, we love to explore and find inspiration from our favorite chefs, food writers and authors. Cooking from a book at home is a great way to learn, but cooking with the Tablespoon chefs is a celebration. In this class, we’ll be cooking from and discussing Yotam Ottolenghi’s newest book, Ottolenghi Simple, which features simplified, Middle-Eastern influenced recipes. With the guidance of Tablespoon’s chef-instructors, you’ll get hands-on experience cooking Ottolenghi’s beautifully simple recipes featured in this exciting new book.
