Bread Baking I: French Breads

Experience the glory of fresh-baked bread in your own kitchen through Tablespoon Cooking Co.’s new Bread Baking series!

Led by artisan bakers John DePuccio and Jesse Bonney, students will get a hands-on introduction to baking traditional French breads.

In this class, you will:

  • learn the basics of baking bread, and
  • the history and types of French bread
  • make your own baguettes from scratch

As with all Tablespoon classes, you get to take home anything you make! So be sure to bring a bag or container to transport your goodies.
