Join Tablespoon Cooking Co. for this special seasonal class where you’ll learn to make seasonal soups & delicious cornbread for those cozy winter nights. Our professional chefs will show you the best way to utilize delicious, in-season produce like pumpkin and squash to make crave-worthy, creamy soups. Best of all, we’ll pair it with hearty quickbread (such as cornbread and beer bread) that you can make in the time it takes for your soup to simmer.

With this Tablespoon class, your ticket includes:

  • Hands-on instruction from professional chefs

  • Beer and wine — we offer a seasonally rotating selection of wines from small producers as well as local craft beer

  • A booklet of recipes from class

  • All the food you cook and enjoy during class, and any leftovers to bring home!
