Pastry Fundamentals: Eclairs & Cream Puffs
Not just for fancy French patisseries, now you can make eclairs and cream puffs at home, like the pros! In this new, hands-on cooking class from Tablespoon Cooking Co., you’ll learn the techniques and tricks to guarantee perfect pastries every time.
We’ll make pate-a-choux dough, eclairs, cream puffs and a glaze and filling. You’ll also be able to try your pastries straight from the oven – for quality control, of course.
