Just in time for the holidays, come learn how to bake amazing pies at home.

Pies aren’t as tricky as you think and our recipe for a double-crust apple pie will be the talk of your family holiday parties for years to come!

You’ll get hands-on experience making a pie from start to finish. We will mix the all-butter crust, make the filling, roll out the crust, then shape and bake the pie. You’ll leave with a finished pie to take home with you. We will also be demoing a pumpkin or pecan pie as an extra treat!

You’ll learn how to:

  • Mix an All-Butter Crust
  • Roll out pie dough
  • Make a seasonal filling
  • Fit the dough into the pie plate
  • Crimp the edges and create a decorative design
  • Blind bake a crust
  • Egg wash and garnish to create a beautiful crust

We’ll talk about the tools needed to bake great pies, buying great ingredients, how to troubleshoot pie problems, and discuss variations for our base recipe.
