Bread Baking III: Brioche & Rich Doughs

Led by artisan bakers John DiPuccio and Jesse Bonney, students will get a hands-on introduction to making some of the pastry world’s fanciest doughs.
In this class, you will:
- learn the basics of baking bread,
- the history and types of rich doughs and
- make your own Brioche, from scratch!
